Synthesis capsule is then placed into BARS press for the application of high temperature and high pressure. Application of high temperature and high pressure synthesize the diamond in 4 days. docsity.com MANUFACTURING OF SYNTHETIC DIAMOND • BARS Press Synthesis Capsule is placed into BARS Press machine. This machine consists of 6 inner anvils to build pressure on 6 faces of synthesis capsule. These inner anvils are covered with 8 outer anvils to build up 60000 times of atmospheric pressure and atmospheric temperature. After mounting, whole assembly is placed into a barrel which is filled with oil.
