This is addressed in the first line “The World is too much with us; late and soon”, which has been interpreted in different ways: XY and others relate it to the state of people living in big cities while ZZ has interpreted Industrial revolution – as an umbrella term – covers almost all parts of human existence. One central aspect of industrialisation was the change in population: as people were migrating from the countryside to the cities in order to find work, cities became increasingly overcrowded. This lead to inhumane living conditions Another aspect of the industrial revolution was its effect on nature. Cities grew, factories were built and nature was – for a long time – disregarded. This not only had an immediate effect on the aesthetic of British landscapes, but also led to increased pollution, The last aspect to focus on will be 1 introduction 2-3 Population 4-5 Nature 6-7 Working etc 8-9 Wordsworths opinion on indutrialization in the prelude 10-11 Conclusion
