What is the difference between a process approach and a project approach?

I heard these two are basic terms in SE project, I tried to understand them but still can not failling to understand difference. Anyone help please.

"A process approach is similar to an assembly line, where each person has a task to be done. Developers may do the same task on multiple projects—for example, a test team or a design team. A project emphasis would give the team the responsibility for the whole effort in developing a project."

Embarking to complete it's easy to employ a choice regarding approach you are taking to doing it. the best way of handling it. Inside other words a task approach it's time once the task for being done.
