What is creativity, and what fosters it?

Hey guys. I am preparing for my mid-term examination. Can you help me on Creativity and the concept of fosters in Psychology.

"Creativity is the ability to produce novel and valuable ideas. It correlates somewhat with intelligence, but beyond a score of 120, that correlation dwindles. It also correlates with expertise, imaginative thinking skills, a venturesome personality, intrinsic motivation, and the support offered by a creative environment."

Creative thinking refers back to the technology or founding associated with virtually any unexampled point (a product or service, solution, fine art, literary work, joke, and so forth.) containing value. "Brand new" may consider the individual inventor or contemporary society or even domain within that bangle arises. "Precious", similarly, could be described in a range of techniques.
