I usually ask one question, that is how can I live my life differently than how I did yesterday? It allows me to reflect on my actions, and decide if I should change them and if yes what steps I should be taking to do so. I haven't been doing this for a long time but I have noticed that my lifestyle has improved, for example I have strayed awayed from habits that I would always I find myself partaking in that I wouldn't enjoy or find satisfying.
