SUGGESTIONS

 The wage system should be such that it benefit both the

employer & employees.

 The wage & salary should provide a proper incentive to the

workmen. It should encourage workman to do best work in the

organization.

 Compensation should be simple to calculate & easy to

understand.

 Bonus must be related with the productivity of the organization.

 Organization should follow the rules regarding minimum wage,

bonus, allowances & benefit regarding compensation.
