Being mindful of your answer to B, what does that say about the likely decision the Court would make if a case challenging Roe v. Wade were to be granted cert? Do you think the Court would overturn the precedent set in the aforementioned case or would it affirm the early ruling? d. Following the โ€œ On-line Merits Briefs โ€ link under the โ€œ Merits Briefs โ€ tab, find out how many cases the court heard arguments for during the month of October. e. How many justices does the Constitution call for the Supreme Court to have? How many justices does the Court currently have?
