INTRODUCTION

CHAPTER 1: SELF-ASSESSMENT

Self-assessment is an ability that everyone needs to possess, especially students in general and authors in particular. With self-recognition of our abilities, we can find strengths to develop and eliminate weaknesses, thereby enhancing our self-worth. By determining what we are good at and what we are not good at, we can also easily search for and select suitable jobs. It can be seen that the ability to self-assess self-efficacy determines a person's success. The most accurate way to assess yourself is to ask questions. To see himself most accurately, the author answered questions related to his interests, skills, life values, and personality - factors that directly affect his ability. 1. Strengths Everyone's life is a long journey to learn and discover. It always exists parallel to the light and dark sides. There were times when I was dragged into those bad things, but then I realized that I was too timid and afraid. I am a pretty good communicator. 2. Weakness Born into life, no one is inherently perfect. There are positive sides, there must be negative sides. Strengths must go hand in hand with weaknesses. Existing alongside my strengths are my weaknesses. The first thing I want to mention is that my ability in foreign languages is not good, specifically English. In an increasingly developing society, the foreign language factor becomes a key point in a person's development journey. I was born and raised in the countryside, so the opportunity to access English is very low, only learning the most basic knowledge. In short, learning to know what English is like. Since then, when I entered the university environment, I found myself losing my inherent confidence, especially when meeting a foreigner. Opportunities for growth and employment are also limited. Access to knowledge is much more difficult. Second, the ability to present in front of the public is not good. Although I am a pretty good communicator, when I was in front of a particular group of people, or a class, I was shaking violently, unable to think of what to say. I realize that it makes me unable to convey all my ideas to everyone. That is also a disadvantage for my future work. Therefore, I am trying my best to participate in lectures, and gain experience and knowledge so that I can improve my presentation skills in the best way. Third, knowledge of Informatics is not enough and sure. When I was given a PowerPoint assignment I was sure I would do well but it wasn't as I thought. With my existing knowledge, I couldn't do it brilliantly. But when I started a PowerPoint page, it took me two hours. Not only PowerPoint but other important software like Word, and Excel too. I am extremely disappointed that I did not learn and study Informatics sooner. Next is poor time management. I have not been able to system, and arrange study and work plans. I often forget the deadline of an assignment, and forget a make-up session in class. Leads to poor grades and loss of part of the day's knowledge. Sometimes we spend too much time using social networks, sometimes we spend too much time doing homework on a subject. And these things make me feel really bad about my development plan. I am trying to change it by scheduling study and rest most scientifically. And most of all, I'm a worrier. When I have a problem, instead of thinking about it and solving it gently, I tend to think about it a lot, making many assumptions in my head. It has taken a toll on my health, especially with frequent headaches. But it also helps me to see the problem from a different perspective. However, I will still have to overcome it to keep the best health and mental comfort. Those weaknesses will be big barriers for me on the journey of finding and developing myself. Learning and training to overcome are what I have to do from now on.

3. Opportunity As a child of the Vietnamese people, I am extremely proud. Vietnam is in the process of integration and outstanding development. The economy has made remarkable jumps and achievements. Especially Ho Chi Minh - one of the big cities of Vietnam. As a focal point for international exchange and integration, a major center of economy, culture, and education.
