Laboratory Exercise No. 3 TITLE: MOTORBUS COMPANY: Que Sera Sera I. OBJECTIVES

  1. To be able to establish goals to organize situations while solving the company’s adversities.
  2. To be able to develop strategies to adhere the problem.
  3. To be able to put up standards to be meet. II. INTRODUCTION Planning out the future of your business is the best way to ensure success. Creating an initial plan and communicating that plan to your employees will ensure that everyone is working towards the same goal (Mohr, 2022). Every successful business has a plan and knows where it is heading in the future. Setting a plan with goals, target dates, and a purpose should be finalized before embarking on a business. Taking the time on an ongoing basis to review the company’s past performance, and predict its future performance, gives it a road map to follow. In the case of Engr. Ancheta, it must’ve been tough to be appointed faced up to adversity in the first grasp of the position. Despite that the Head didn’t choose him out of nowhere, he must’ve had high hopes on Mr. Ancheta’s shoulder. As a part of the management team now, Mr. Ancheta should be more keen on everything though he already is as he found out the storage room’s inventory. IV. DEFINITION OF TERMS

 Obsolete– often refers to an items that is no longer in use or no longer useful.  Transparency– the process of being open, honest, and straightforward about various company operations.  Adhere – to stay firm in supporting or approving.  Adversity– a state or instance of serious or continued difficulty or misfortune.  Embarking– to engage, enlist, or invest in an enterprise V. EQUIPMENTS Inventory records Purchasing records Human resource files List of adversity to be adhere VI. METHODS To cope up with the above stated objectives and administer the problem of Engr. Ancheta. This section shall provide a couple of suggestions to what Mr. Ancheta could do. To met with the allocated duration of the service he could hire additional employees with exceptional skill and train them to be more capable for the job. In addition, he should come up with a well structured and organized way of purchasing. Furthermore, he should appoint personnel to handle the purchase and inventory of the parts needed. As a newly appointed manager, he should do background checks of every personnel to have a better coordination in the workplace. VII. DISCUSSIONS To have an in-depth comprehension of the proposed methods, additional details and explanation is presented in this section. To better have a good coordination in the workplace, Engr. Ancheta could set up a meeting on his department to lay out propositions to resolve the problems present in the department. In addition, to adhere these problems strategic plans should be implemented. To meet the expectations,

additional workforce may be needed for the implementation of the plan. Furthermore, all management officers must give an updated monthly report of the supplies and materials that have been imported and exported from the company. Maintenance personnel’s must also monitor the number of supplies that the company will be receiving to achieve the goal of avoiding excess quantities of supplies and having obsolete materials. VIII. CONCLUSION To sum everything up, this paper tackles about the case of Mr. Ancheta wherein he was promoted to a higher position. Faced to the adversity from the previous administration, he had to come up with strategies and plans to adhere the adversities within the department he is managing. This paper suggested that Engr. Ancheta should put up additional workforce for better servicing, implement transparency of reports– purchasing and inventory records– to monitor inventory and avoid unnecessary items, and may implement trainings to cope up with the ever-changing needs in services.
