I have been staying in your accommodation for the last two weeks. Unfortunately, I am having a problem here with some furniture in your accommodation. The first problem is that the living room's ceiling lamps kept switching on and off by themselves. At first, it scared me because I thought some creepy things had done it. It makes me uncomfortable every time I spend some time in the living room. The second problem is there is something wrong with the kitchen sink. The faucet of the kitchen sink is leaking for the last 4 days and I can’t make it stop. It really made me uncomfortable and I can’t wash dishes with the leaking sink. These problems really make me difficult because I can’t cook and wash dishes with the broken sink, and I can’t spend my time in the living room because of the lamp. I hope you can help me by sending me someone to look at the apartment so that the broken furniture can be repaired or replaced. I really look forward to hearing from you very soon because I have paid full payment for the accommodation rent until next year. Please contact me by phone at this number or by email. Thank you, Sincerely, Lily
