Journal Ashford University ECE 355: Understanding Behavior & Family Dynamics My ideal position is to work with special education children as a kindergarten/elementary teacher. I am currently earning my bachelor's degree in early childhood education. I want to provide students with a safe and secure environment, where there is no judgment of any kind. I want parents to be able to trust me and work together to provide the best education for their children. Growing with a learning disability has taught me a lot of strength I did not realize I had; with hard work and dedication, anything is possible, and this is the values I want to teach my current and future students. One day I would like to open a center of my own and focus on the needs of children who have disabilities. I do not know much about owning a business, so after completing my first degree, I would like to return to school and focus on that task. I want to learn the ins and outs of everything so that I can be a great business owner; I want to provide families with the best experience. Identify three to five key skills or qualifications that make you a strong candidate for this career. CDA Certification Organization
