The dispute arose due to the non-conducting of proceedings under section 129 of the madhya pradesh land revenue code, 1959 by a naib tehsildar/revenue inspector, despite a direction given by the sub divisional officer on august 8, 2013. The petition was disposed of with a direction for the petitioner to bring the matter to the sub divisional officer's attention through a representation. If such a representation is filed, the sub divisional officer is instructed to look into the matter and pass an appropriate order due to the long-standing nature of the petition.

Shri Piyush Shrivastava, learned Government Advocate for the respondent/State. The petitioner has filed present petition complaining conduct of Naib Tehsildar / Revenue Inspector, who is not conducting any proceedings under section 129 of the Madhya Pradesh Land Revenue Code, 1959 despite the direction given by the Sub Divisional Officer on 08/08/2013. The petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to bring this fact to the knowledge of the Sub Divisional Officer by way of representation along with the certified copy of this order. If such a representation is filed then Sub Divisional Officer shall look into the matter and shall pass appropriate order. Because application filed by the petitioner is pending since 2013, therefore, earlier is warranted by the learned revenue authorities.
