A research study conducted in the households of students in liloan, cebu, who lack internet access for distance learning during the covid-19 pandemic. The department of education (deped) provides printed modules for modular learning, and the study aims to gather data from these participants to accomplish its objectives. The participants will be chosen through purposive sampling, and data will be collected using interview questionnaires and field notes.

Our study will be conducted in the households of those students in the province of cebu especially in Liloan who do not have access to the internet. Despite this covid -19 pandemic, the Department of Education (DepEd) maintains the education and safety of millions of Filipino students by implementing distance learning approach….. And for those households that their internet connectivity is a problem, they may choose modular learning where DepEd is the one to provide printed modules for them. The only place where they must work and study for their printed modules is in their own homes. Our setting fits to our study because it is where we can find more of our participants for gathering data to accomplish the aims of our study.
