This document describe my daily routine. I do it in first grade and this exercise is so much used in all the schools.
Typology: Exercises
1 / 1
From Monday to Sunday I always get up at 7 o’clock, I’ve breakfast with milk and homemade dessert and then I brush my teeth. While my brother gets ready for school I watch Tv or I start to prepare my football bag for the afternoon. Then I go to school at 8 o’clock, and I return home at 1:20 p.m. For lunch I normally have pasta but sometimes my mom can also prepare some legumes (but I don’t like them). Then I finish to prepare my football bag and I do some written homework. Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday I’ve football training. I play in Treviso and I get there by train, (therefore=quindi)/so I’ve to be in Conegliano’s station at 2:30 p.m. and I arrive in Treviso at 2:55 p.m. To complete the travel I’ve to take the minibus, and only at 3.05 p.m. I’m on the football field. I usually finish my training session at 5:00 o’clock and I’m home at 6 o’clock. Every Monday and Tuesday, instead, when I don’t have football training I spend my afternoon doing my homeworks and every Monday I go training in my home’s garden. At 6:45 p.m. I often watch Tv or I do some leg and abdominal exercises, but every Tuesday and Wednesday I always watch TV because there’s the UCL, whereas on the weekend there are the leagues. Every Saturday I train in the morning. Often the training session goes from 9 o’clock to 10:30 but the timetables can vary. In the afternoon there are two options: either I do my homeworks, and if they are too many I continue the next day, Or I go watch my brother’s game in Belluno.
