Personal Action Plan for Career and Professional Development Changes in Personal SWOT Analysis Reflecting on the personal SWOT analysis I completed at the beginning of the MBA program, I have identified several notable changes. Initially, my strengths included strong analytical skills and effective communication, while my weaknesses were limited strategic management experience and a lack of proficiency in financial analysis. Throughout the course, I have acquired new skills and enhanced existing ones, leading to a significant shift in my SWOT analysis.
