Nemours Health: Building Community Capacity for Healthy Children, Slides of Marketing Management

Nemours health and prevention services (nhps) is a community-based initiative by nemours, a pediatric health system, to promote child health and prevent diseases. Nhps focuses on child health promotion and disease prevention by working with community partners to build capacity and implement evidence-based policies and practices. The goal is to change the health status and well-being of the most children possible through sustainable community change. Nhps uses a social ecology approach, targeting children, parents/caretakers, community, and local neighborhoods. The intervention strategy includes schools, primary care, child care, community, and change agents. Nhps has gone through three phases of work, focusing on infrastructure development, broader scale changes, and critical assessment and expansion.
