An example of this would be when a person is cooking and they come across a term they do not recognize in the recipe, they use context clues to figure out the meaning. Accommodation is when you take in new information and relate it to existing schemas. An example of this would be when a person is in school and associates a new concept with something they have already learned. A personal example I have of acommodation is from learning new concepts in this class and associated to exisitng things I have learned. Correct! These recommendations may or may not work depending on the individual. If a teenager is involved in a religious group, they will be less likely to be delinquent.
