ECD 321 1 Resume ECD312: Administration of Early Childhood Education Programs Resume My current career goal is to continue as a Daycare Educator and one day possibly move up to becoming a lead teacher in the Preschool age group. The skills I possess that will make me

ECD 321 2 a perfect candidate for this position are my strong interpersonal skills, my creativity, and ability to adapt in diverse groups. Being able to interact with people will be very importantas a lead teacher because I’ll need to talk with my co-teachers and being able to adapt to diverse groups is important because there will be many different personalities that I’ll need to work with as well. Creativity is important because I’ll be able to come up with ideas to pass along to the teachers I'm in charge of. I believe that the professional summary, skills, and work history sections are the strongest parts of my resume because they all show my strengths and gives prospective employers a look into what I’ve done. Three things that I changed from my original resume was adding the professional summary to the beginning of the resume so it’s the first thing people read. I added a skills section to the resume to show employers what I’m good at and excel at. The last thing I did to strengthen my resume was take out jobs from work history that was from over 10 yrs ago. I believe that keeping the more recent jobs in was a better step and what people would want to see if they were hiring.
