Generally, the rise of gun violence has risen all over the united states, but many individuals do not know the toll that the issue has taken on small towns, especially with the rise of the pandemic. How can we come together and bring change as a community? What is the underlying assumption (major premise) for your thesis? Instead of watching our family friends cry and mourn the death of loved ones to gun violence, WE AS A COMMUNITY, A NATION needs to come together and help predict these crimes as much as we can. What common ground do you anticipate that you will share with your audience? As shown in the assumption, I am hoping my audience agrees in the importance of lessoning the outroar of gun violence and hopefully putting an end to it all together, anything is possible with faith and determination.
