Travel For Mental Health The COVID-19 pandemic may have caused various changes in how we live our lives, including uncertainty, altered daily routines, and social isolation at times. We may be concerned about being ill, how long the pandemic will run, whether our jobs will be affected, and what the future holds. Overload of information, rumors, and disinformation can make our lives feel out of control and leave us unsure of what to do. We may suffer tension, worry, fear, despair, and loneliness during the COVID-19 epidemic. And mental health conditions, such as anxiety and depression, can deteriorate. Therefore, travel is a wonderful way to maintain mental well-being and, as a result, live a better and more meaningful life. Traveling allows us to experience new things and meet new people, which helps us break the monotony of our daily lives. Furthermore, it brings us together and enables us to learn about new and diverse cultures, which may aid in the development of empathy for others. It can also help us raise our overall tolerance, reduce prejudices, and even reduce irritation. Travel is excellent for de- stressing and boosting our overall view on life. Traveling allows us to do good, which makes us feel good since helping others can trigger physiological changes in the brain associated with happiness. However, before we plan our holiday, we must ensure that the tourist site we intend to visit adheres to stringent COVID-19 rules and only welcomes those who are properly vaccinated thus we must enjoy ourselves without fear of being affected by this pandemic
