De Guzman ACTCY32S1 Module 3: Discussion 1.How do you apply budgeting concepts in your life? Budgeting my finances during my college days becomes a challenge for me. When I was a first-year college student, I find it difficult to budget my finances because it is my first time to handle a large amount of money for my daily allowances. I remembered way back then, I cannot budget my money for my needs and wants and ended up having a trouble with my finances. However, my sisters taught me on how to budget my money and always remind of me the need to save a little money in cases of emergencies. Both of them really help me during those times and up until now, I am still learning on how to save more money by budgeting my own finances. I was able to distinguish my needs and wants and spend more money to prioritize and acquire my very own daily needs. I was able to apply budgeting concepts by applying what I have learned from budgeting my own finances every day. Right now, my budgeting skills are still improving as I look forward into the future wherein, I would be able to handle a very large amount of money and use these to manage my finances and to earn for a living. 2.
