  1. Design a 2 stage RC Coupled Amplifier using BC 147 for the following data :-

Av =1000, Sica ~ 8, FL ~ 15Hz, Vcc =16V. Find (VO)max'Rin' Ro and total current drawn from the supply. Given :- hie = 2.7 KO, hoe = 18J.l~ hfe = 200, hre = 1.5 x 10-4. Draw the diagram with their designed valves.

  1. (a) Find the upper, lower cut-off frequency, Bandwidth and gain-bandwidth product 12 for the circuit shown below. Sketch the frequency response. Given Cbe = 35 pF, Cbe = 5 pF, Cee = 1 pF, C?wi= 5 pF, Cwo = 8 pF, ro = 00. (b) Design a class B power Amplifier with the following specifications. 8 Output power = 10 watts. RL = 8 0, Vee = 12 V. Calculate the overall efficiency at the full load.
