The Universe consists of many

things from planets to stars. From

comets to asteroids. From the Sun to

different galaxies. Here is little does

of what this month’s lesson will

cover. Starting with the Planets.

Mercury these are my stats: Distance from sun: 27 to 41 mil. .miles Moons:- 0 Length of day; 176 Length of year: 88 Earth days

Venus these are my stats Distance from Sun: 65mil. Miles Moons: 0 Length of Day: 243 Earth days Length of year: 225 Earth days

Earth these are my stats Distance from Sun: 93 mil. Miles Moons: 1 Length of day: 24 hrs Length of year: 365days

Mars these are my stats Distance from Sun: 137mil miles Moons: 2 Length of day: 24 Earth hrs Length of year: 687 Earth days

These are the inner planets which are separated by the asteroid belt. We

will see pictures of some asteroids towards the end. Keep a look

out!!!!!

Jupiter these are my stats. Distance from the Sun: 466 mil. Miles Moons: 63 Length of day: 10 Earth hrs. Length of year: 12 Earth yrs. I am famous for The Great Red Spot

Saturn these are my stats Distance from the Sun: 856 mil. Miles Moons: 34 Length of day: 10hrs. 39 min. Length of year. 29.

Uranus these are my stats Distance for Sun: 1.8 bil. Miles Moons: 29 Length of day; 17 Earth hrs Length of year: 84 Earth yrs.

Neptune these are my stats Distance form Sun; 2.8 bil. Miles Moons: 13 Length of day: 16 Earth hrs. Length of Year: 165 Earth yrs.

I am Pluto as you know I am the farthest. Distance from Sun: 3.6 bil. Miles Moons: 3 Length of Day: over 6 Earth days Length of year: 248 Earth Yrs. This is Pluto in blue light.

We are the outer planets of our solar system. Now you

will meet astroids, comets, stars, blackholes and some

other things.

Globular Cluster M22.

An Asteroid in space. This asteroid

name is Gaspra.

This a comet and its name is Halebop.

This a black hole. The end of a star.

This is a nebulae.

This is a nebulapistols nearing

the end of its life.
