CHECKING INTO A HOTEL
In this video there is a customer checking in at the hotel but there
was a problem with his 3 nights booking in a single room.
The receptionist offers him another room (one of their business
suites with jacuzzi) where he will haven’t to pay any additional
costs. He asks for the wifi connection and the receptionist gives
him an access code and a list with all the hotel services such as
the gym and the swimming pool.
She gives him the room key and explains how to get
there,wishing him a good stay.
