The podcast I listened to talks about the importance of passwords used in.everyday life.
For the computer, bank, safe etc.
Most people use simple, common passwords such as date of birth, names of children or
boyfriends or pets.
This is wrong.
There are important rules to follow when creating a password.

Always use different passwords.
Since remembering them all is difficult, there is an app that works as a password safe.
Also because password pishing is unfortunately becoming increasingly common.

The podcast I listened to talks about the difference between vegans and vegetarians.

Vegetarians are those people who have chosen not to eat meat and fish. There are many reasons for this; some people think that eating meat is bad for them, others do it for an ecological reason, and still others do it to safeguard animals. Vegans, on the other hand, are those people who eat only and exclusively food of plant origin. Thus excluding meat, fish, eggs, dairy products and derivatives. In Britain, vegetarians complain that most restaurants offer vegan foods as an alternative to classic foods. They thus do not make the diet differentiated and lump vegetarians and vegans into one category. In GB there are 3 million vegetarians and 1.6 million vegans.
