Experts in Tourism Congress in the
year 1992 held in Paris. It proposed
the conception of a commission to
deal with ethical problems in
tourism. The Rio Earth Summit
(Agenda 21) in 1992 called upon
institutions to adopt codes of ethics
in their organisational practices.
Adherence to ethics is required to
establish good relations and
equation between hosts and guests.
