CONDITONAL 0
If clause: PRESENT SIMPLE
Main clause: PRESENT SIMPLE
Esempi:
1. If it rain, I take the umbrella.
2. It is usually hot it the sun shines in the sky.
CONDITONAL 1
If clause: PRESENT SIMPLE
Main clause: WILL + VERBO
Esempi:
1. If I go to the mall, I will buy a nice dress.
2. I will get a good mark if I study for thr test.
CONDITONAL 2
If clause: PAST SIMPLE
Main clause: PAST CONDITONAL (= WOULD + BASE FORM)
Esempi:
1. If I was a famous singer, I would sing in famous cities.
2. She would be so prod if her son won the competition.
CONDITONAL 3
If clause: PAST PERFECT
Main clause: PAST CONDITONAL (= WOULD + HAVE + PAST PRINCIPALE)
Esempi:
1. If you had listened to me, you would not (wouldn't) have failed your exam.
2. I would have told you I loved you if only I had the chance.
