Work and turn in problems P2.17, P2.22, P2.31, P2.32, P2.36, P2.41, and P2.44 in White (2008). Also, work and turn in the following three problems, which are candidates for grading:
(1) Find the pressure difference, Δ p = p (^) B – pA , for the manometer system shown.
(2) Predict the manometer reading after a 2-N weight is placed on the pan. Assume no leakage or friction beween the piston and cylinder.
(3) For the inclined manometer shown, the pressure in pipe A is 0.6 psi. Find the pressure in pipe B for the differential reading shown.
