A MINI RESEARCH FOR MATH 10, Essays (high school) of Mathematics

A research mini is a side-by-side comparison of two different pedagogical approaches for the same content topic. Mini-research groups can bring about significant and immediate impacts on the quality of care because they examine and work to resolve “real” problems in specific settings. A diverse research team has a greater likelihood to understand persons with dementia.

V. RESULT AND FINDING

-25% of the teachers got the age of 31 or below. -75% of the teachers got the age of 31 or above. VI. CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS According to the study, about 25% of the Grade 10 teachers at INHS are under the age of 31 years old or below. This information is useful for the Department of Education (DE) in planning the recruitment and deployment of new teachers to fill the vacancy in the grade level. In conclusion, the Department of Education (DE) must implement the necessary steps to guarantee that teachers are given the necessary support and training to meet the student’s needs. The Department of Education (DE) requires a balanced age distribution in each grade level to prevent crowding or gaps in the age structure and encourage younger teachers to pursue teaching as a career. The Department of Education (DE) must work with other government agencies, such as the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), to allocate sufficient funds for the recruitment and training of new teachers, as well as for the ongoing support of existing teachers.
