Der Fakultätsrat der Fakultät Soziale Arbeit und Gesundheit der HAWK Hochschule für angewandte Wissen-
schaft und Kunst Hildesheim/Holzminden/Göttingen hat am 28. März 2018 die nachfolgende Ordnung
über den besonderen Teil der Prüfungsordnung für den Bachelorstudiengang Ergotherapie, Logopädie,
Physiotherapie beschlossen. Die Ordnung wurde am 7. Mai 2018 vom Präsidium der Hochschule gemäß §
37 Absatz 1 Satz 3 Ziffer 5b NHG genehmigt. Die hochschulöffentliche Bekanntmachung erfolgte am 16.
Mai 2018.

§ 1 Hochschulgrad
Nach bestandener Abschlussprüfung an der Fakultät Soziale Arbeit und Gesundheit verleiht die HAWK
Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaft und Kunst Hildesheim/Holzminden/Göttingen den Grad „Ba-
chelor of Science“.
§ 2 Dauer und Gliederung des Studiums
(1) Die Regelstudienzeit des Bachelorstudiengangs Ergotherapie, Logopädie, Physiotherapie beträgt ein-
schließlich des Moduls Bachelorthesis sechs Semester.
Das Studium kann nur zum vierten Semester aufgenommen werden. Auf den ersten Studienabschnitt (Se-
mester 1 bis 3) werden angerechnet:
die erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem der drei Berufe oder einem vergleichbaren Aus-
bildungsgang (§ 2 Abs. 2 Zugangsordnung) einschließlich bestandener Einstufungsprüfung (siehe
Teil B der Zugangsordnung) oder
die erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem der drei Berufe oder einem vergleichbaren Aus-
bildungsgang im Rahmen des Kooperationsmodells zwischen dem Bachelorstudiengang Ergothera-
pie, Logopädie, Physiotherapie und einer seiner Kooperationsschulen.
(2) Das Kooperationsmodell verfolgt den Zweck, die Lernenden auf die Lernformen und Inhalte des zweiten
Studienabschnitts (Semester 4 bis 6) vorzubereiten. Es schließt hochschulisch verantwortete Module ein,
die die fachspezifischen und berufspraktischen Inhalte der berufsfachschulischen Ausbildung vertiefen
und ergänzen. Das Kooperationsmodell umfasst die erfolgreiche und regelmäßige Teilnahme an den hoch-
schulischen Modulen, die jeweils mit einer Modulprüfung abgeschlossen werden. Inhalt und Umfang der
berufsfachschulischen Ausbildung entsprechend der zugehörigen Ausbildungs- und Prüfungsordnungen
sind in Anlage 5 dargestellt. Inhalt und Umfang der hochschulisch verantworteten Module sind in Anlage
6 geregelt.
(3) Der zweite Studienabschnitt umfasst 13 Pflichtmodule, daneben besteht eine Auswahl an Wahlpflicht-
modulen, von denen drei belegt werden müssen, eines davon im Bereich Individuelles Profilstudium IPS
(HAWKplus) (Anlage 1). Eines dieser drei Wahlpflichtmodule ist in englischer Sprache zu absolvieren. Ins-
gesamt müssen im zweiten Studienabschnitt 90 Leistungspunkte (Credits) erworben werden. Die Pflicht-
module sind in drei Modulblöcke gegliedert: Disziplinäre Perspektiven und interprofessioneller Kontext,
Methodisch-kontrolliertes Handeln, Gesellschaftliche und ökonomische Rahmenbedingungen.
Das Aufnahmeverfahren in den zweiten Studienabschnitt wird in der Zugangsordnung des Studiengangs
geregelt.
§ 3 Prüfungsformen
(1) Die Prüfungen werden studienbegleitend durchgeführt. Sie bestehen aus Prüfungsleistungen für die
einzelnen Module sowie der Bachelorthesis mit Kolloquium. Die Studierenden werden spätestens zu
Beginn der betreffenden Lehrveranstaltung verbindlich über die Form der zu absolvierenden Prüfungs-
leistung informiert.
(2) Für diesen Studiengang werden folgende Prüfungsformen festgelegt:

Portfolio
Bei einem Portfolio handelt es sich um eine Sammlung ausgewählter Dokumente, die den Lernfort-
schritt und den aktuellen Leistungsstand der Studierenden zu ausgewählten Themenfeldern der
Lehrveranstaltungen dokumentieren.
Praktische Übung
Eine praktische Übung besteht in einer selbst zu entwickelnden oder zu planenden Interventions-,
Präventions- oder Diagnosemaßnahme, die innerhalb oder außerhalb einer Lehrveranstaltung des
entsprechenden Moduls durchgeführt wird. Realisieren die Studierenden ihre Maßnahme außer-
halb, präsentieren sie die Ergebnisse in der Lehrveranstaltung.
Posterpräsentation
Die Studierenden erstellen allein oder in einer Gruppe ein Poster zu einer wissenschaftlichen oder
praktischen Fragestellung und stellen dieses in einer Präsentation vor. Das Poster basiert auf wis-
senschaftlichen Erkenntnissen zur Analyse des Problems und seiner Bearbeitung. In einer schriftli-
chen Ausarbeitung werden die Entscheidungen und Hintergründe, die zur Erstellung des Posters
beigetragen haben, ausgeführt.
Praxis-/Projektbericht
Ein Praxis-/Projektbericht soll erkennen lassen, dass die oder der Studierende in der Lage ist, nach
didaktischer und/oder methodischer Anleitung Studium und Praxis miteinander zu verbinden. Er
umfasst insbesondere
- eine Auswertung der einschlägigen vorbereitenden Literatur,
- eine Beschreibung der Kooperationspartner/innen, bei denen die Praxisphase (z.B. Praktikum
bzw. Projekt) absolviert wurde,
- eine Beschreibung der während der Praxis-/Projektphase wahrgenommenen Aufgaben,
- eine theoriegeleitete Reflexion der in der Praxis-/Projektphase gewonnenen Erkenntnisse.
Exposé
Das Exposé stellt den Planungsstand einer Ausarbeitung dar und enthält den Arbeitstitel des
Schreibprojekts mit der Fragestellung, der vorläufigen Gliederung der Arbeit, einer ebenfalls vor-
läufigen Einleitung mit der Problemstellung, dem Ziel der Arbeit sowie ihrem Aufbau und ihren Quel-
len.
§ 4 Modul Bachelorthesis
(1) Im Modul Bachelorthesis besteht die Prüfungsleistung aus Bachelorthesis und Bachelorkolloquium im
Umfang von 15 Credits. Die Gewichtung von Thesis und Kolloquium für die Modulnote beträgt 3 zu 1.
(2) Die Bearbeitungszeit für die Bachelorthesis beträgt 11 Wochen. Thema, Aufgabenstellung und Umfang
der Bachelorthesis sind von der/dem Erstprüfer/in so zu begrenzen, dass die Frist zur Bearbeitung der
Bachelorthesis eingehalten werden kann. Die Arbeit soll den Umfang von 40 Seiten nicht überschrei-
ten. Eine Änderung der Titelformulierung kann nur einmal und bis spätestens zur Mitte der regulären
Bearbeitungszeit erfolgen. Die Bachelorthesis ist vierfach in Papierform und vierfach elektronisch (CD-
Rom) einzureichen.
(3) Ein Bachelorkolloquium kann auf Antrag, insbesondere zur Beteiligung externer Prüfer/innen mit Sitz
im Ausland, auch vermittels eines geeigneten Systems im Wege der Bild- und Tonübertragung durch-
geführt werden, soweit die zu prüfende Person und die beteiligten Prüfer/innen diesem Verfahren zu-
stimmen; am Ort der zu prüfenden Person ist ein/e durch die Hochschule zu benennende/r Protokol-
lant/in zu beteiligen, um die ordnungsgemäße Prüfungsdurchführung zu gewährleisten.
§ 5 Inkrafttreten, Übergangsvorschriften
(1) Dieser besondere Teil der Prüfungsordnung tritt nach Beschluss des Fakultätsrats der Fakultät Soziale
Arbeit und Gesundheit und nach Genehmigung durch das Präsidium am Tag nach seiner hochschulöf-
fentlichen Bekanntmachung für den Bachelorstudiengang Ergotherapie, Logopädie, Physiotherapie
der Fakultät Soziale Arbeit und Gesundheit in Kraft. Die Prüfungsordnung ist erstmals auf die im Som-
mersemester 2019 erstimmatrikulierten Studierenden anzuwenden. Bachelorstudierende, die zum
Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens dieser Ordnung bereits immatrikuliert sind, führen ihr Studium nach der
zu ihrem Studienbeginn gültigen Prüfungsordnung weiter.
(2) Der Regelstudienbetrieb wird den Studierenden dieses Studiengangs für die Dauer der in dieser Ord-
nung vorgesehenen Regelstudienzeit für Vollzeitstudierende nach dieser Prüfungsordnung zuzüglich
von vier weiteren Semestern gewährleistet.
(3) Tritt eine neue Prüfungsordnung in Kraft, werden die nach dieser Prüfungsordnung begonnenen Ver-
fahren nach vier weiteren Semestern in die neue Ordnung überführt.

8.3 Approval/Accreditation of Programmes and Degrees To ensure quality and comparability of qualifications, the organization of studies and general degree requirements have to conform to principles and regulations established by the Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs of theLän- der in the Federal Republic of Germany (KMK).vi^ In 1999, a system of accreditation for programmes of study has become operational under the control of an Accreditation Council at national level. All new programmes have to be accredited under this scheme; after a successful accreditation they receive the quality-label of the Accreditation Coun- cil.vii
8.4 Organization and Structure of Studies The following programmes apply to all three types of institutions. Bachelor’s and Mas- ter’s study courses may be studied consecutively, at various higher education institu- tions, at different types of higher education institutions and with phases of professional work between the first and the second qualification. The organization of the study pro- grammes makes use of modular components and of the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) with 30 credits corresponding to one semester. 8.4.1 Bachelor Bachelor degree study programmes lay the academic foundations, provide methodologi- cal skills and lead to qualifications related to the professional field. The Bachelor degree is awarded after 3 to 4 years. The Bachelor degree programme includes a thesis require- ment. Study courses leading to the Bachelor degree must be accredited according to the Law establishing a Foundation for the Accreditation of Study Programmes in Germany.viii First degree programmes (Bachelor) lead to Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.), Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.), Bachelor of Music (B.Mus.) or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.). The Bachelor degree corresponds to level 6 of the German Qualifications Framework/ Eu- ropean Qualifications Framework. 8.4.2 Master Master is the second degree after another 1 to 2 years. Master study programmes may be differentiated by the profile types “practice-oriented” and “research-oriented”. Higher Education Institutions define the profile. The Master degree study programme includes a thesis requirement. Study programmes leading to the Master degree must be accredited according to the Law establishing a Foundation for the Accreditation of Study Pro- grammes in Germany.ix^ Second degree programmes (Master) lead to Master of Arts (M.A.), Master of Science (M.Sc.), Master of Engineering (M.Eng.), Master of Laws (L.L.M.), Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.), Master of Music (M.Mus.) or Master of Education (M.Ed.). Master study programmes which are designed for continuing education may carry other designations (e.g. MBA). The Master degree corresponds to level 7 of the German Qualifications Framework/ Euro- pean Qualifications Framework. 8.4.3 Integrated "Long" Programmes (One-Tier): Diplom degrees, Magister Artium, Staatsprüfung An integrated study programme is either mono-disciplinary (Diplom degrees, most pro- grammes completed by aStaatsprüfung) or comprises a combination of either two major or one major and two minor fields (Magister Artium). The first stage (1.5 to 2 years) fo- cuses on broad orientations and foundations of the field(s) of study. An Intermediate Ex- amination (Diplom-Vorprüfung forDiplom degrees;Zwischenprüfung or credit require- ments for theMagister Artium) is prerequisite to enter the second stage of advanced studies and specializations. Degree requirements include submission of a thesis (up to 6 months duration) and comprehensive final written and oral examinations. Similar regu- lations apply to studies leading to aStaatsprüfung. The level of qualification is equiva- lent to the Master level.

TheDiplom degree is awarded in engineering dis- ciplines, the natural sciences as well as economics and business. In the humanities, the corresponding degree is usually theMagister Artium (M.A.). In the social sciences, the practice varies as a matter of institutional traditions. Studies preparing for the legal, medical and pharmaceutical professions are completed by aStaatsprüfung. This applies also to studies preparing for teaching professions of someLänder.
