A 55 year old carpenter complains of a six month history of progressive difficulty using his right hand, such as manipulating nails. He denies any tremor, sensory symptoms or pain A. A 25 year old woman presents with weight loss and diffuse shotty lymphadenopathy. Her ex partner was an injection drug user.
