sleep. For most adults, the

each night. When you get
less sleep than that, as
many people do, it can

health problems.

The learners will be able to create some ways to prevent lack of sleep young child, and/or sick relative.  Poor sleep hygiene habits.  A sleeping environment that's not conducive to sleep. It is very effective in increasing alertness.  Importance of having enough sleep is it may lower your risk for serious health problems, like diabetes and heart disease. Reduce stress and improve your mood. Think more clearly and do better in school and at work. Get along better with people How to handle your time of sleep?  Stick to a sleep schedule. Set aside no more than eight hours for sleep.  Pay attention to what you eat and drink. Don't go to bed hungry or stuffed.
