portant role in your health. Aerobic exercise involves consistently moving, like what you do
when you hike, jump rope, or roller-skate. Aerobic exercise is important because it supports
your heart and lungs, strengthens bones and muscles, and helps you maintain a healthy
body composition. Taking time to exercise everyday will help you in your efforts to maintain a
healthy lifestyle. Creating a habit of aerobic exercise is one of many important steps you can
take in your pursuit of lifelong wellness.
