INDIVIDUAL DIFFERENCES
In the first image, it shows two students doing a Science experiment inside a classroom. It is
evident that the color of the two students focused on the picture are African American and they
have classmates who are Caucasian in decent at the back. It shows that they are being
supportive of what the two students have accomplished during the experiment. It may imply that
the children in the image are open in having classmates from different ethnicity. Moreover, this
may also suggest that everyone is at liberty to go to school and learn.
Children from different cultures around the world are being deprived of education due to certain
circumstances such as poverty. Children who are eager to learn must be given opportunity to go
to school, have friends, and learn. If we are giving everyone this chance, there would be more
children to learn a lot of things, and be a good person, and will contribute to the community.
In the second image, shows several students listening to the teacher. It is also apparent that the
students come from different background of religion and ethnicity. We can also say that there is
harmony inside the classroom even though there are differences in the background of the
students by simply looking at their eyes and smiles. It is palpable that they are enjoying what
they are doing inside the classroom, and no one is harmed, bullied, or harassed. The teacher
also can be a major influence on how the students communicate and interact with each other by
not instilling any racism or harassing ideas to the children. We can say suggest that the role of
the teacher inside the classroom is in fact a huge influence on the development of the children,
especially to the younger ones. The cultural diversity inside the classroom must always be
practiced, in all classrooms, and in all schools around the globe. With this, if students go outside
to the world, they will eventually be respectful of others, especially to those who are in different
cultural background from them.
