As marked by Honorable Prime minister, Shri Narendra Modi during his visit to Russia, students play a key role in bringing the people of two countries together not only economically but culturally too as students are ambassadors of a country on a foreign land who directly carry the beacon of their culture to the local population.

Apart from defense, trade, cultural and diplomatic relationships, India also has a higher stake in educational relation with Russia.
