1. In my perspective, one of the most critical factors that a tourism and hospitality establishment
should plan for is sustainability. This is because the industry heavily relies on natural resources,
cultural heritage, and local communities, which can be negatively impacted if not managed
responsibly.
2. The hospitality planning cycle should be adapted and implemented in a tourism and hospitality
organization for several reasons:
