Arterial injury, including its aetiology, pathological types, complications, and clinical picture. It also outlines methods of arterial repair, such as transverse tears, end-to-end anastomosis, and vein patch grafts. The document emphasizes the importance of restoring normal tissue perfusion within 6-8 hours and clearing the proximal and distal segments of clots.
