III. Primary research

Primary research is defined as a method used by researchers to collect data directly, instead of depending on data collected from previously conducted research. Information of primary research is usually collected from interviews, direct surveys, focus groups and observations. The information collected is all accurate information.

III.1. Qualitative research

Qualitative research is a method of investigating the needs of people in a specific field in order to research the market and statistical needs of users. Qualitative research is in favor of wages and statistical excellence. I created a form with 4 qualitative questions to survey the community about their need for shoes. Here are some feedback from my friends.

4 qualitative questions.

III.2. Quantitative research

Quantitative research is a method of collecting numerical data and solving relationships in theory and research from the point of view of interpretation. It is more about quarantine theory, empirical empirical natural scientific model, quantitative research methods that can be demonstrated in practice and in an objective way. My multiple choice test was answered by 63 people with various opinions.

Feedback of 63 people on question 1. For question 1: there are 29 people under the age of 18, 17 people aged 18-30 and 17 people aged 30 and over.

Feedback of 63 people on question 2.

Feedback of 63 people on question 6. Question 6: 13 people buy shoes because of design, 9 people buy shoes for the price, 9 people buy shoes for quality and 33 people buy shoes for the above 3 ideas. IV. Secondary research

Secondary data is data collected for other purposes, which the researcher reuses for his research. Secondary studies include research papers published in research reports and other research papers. similar material. These documents may be provided by public libraries, websites, and data obtained from surveys. These data sources usually come from: data available on the internet; governmental and non- governmental organizations; public library; education agency; sources of commercial information.  My research. About the footwear market:  Revenue in the footwear market is expected to reach USD 454,229 million by 2020. The market is expected to grow by 4.1% annually (CAGR 2020-2023).  The largest segment of the market is the other Textile and Footwear segment with a market volume of US $ 212,960m by 2020.  In global comparison, most revenue is generated in the United States (US $ 93,334 million in 2020).  Regarding the total population data, the revenue per person is 61.

On demand statistics, health care application on mobile phones. Currently there are 240 million Americans own smartphones and that number is expected to increase. Health care innovators are trying to take advantage of these trends, creating new apps designed to

connect with users in the places they feel most comfortable with. HealthWorks Corporation recently published a number of statistics on the use of healthcare applications on mobile devices. They claim:

 There are more than 97,000 health and fitness apps available to download on mobile devices or tablets.  52% of smartphone users collect health-related information on their devices.  15% of young people between 18 and 29 years old have medical apps installed on mobile phones.  8% of smartphone users between the ages of 30 and 49 have downloaded medical applications.  40% of doctors believe that these mobile tools can reduce the number of local clinical visits.  More than 25% of US doctors are using at least one mealth application.  93% of doctors say mobile apps can improve the quality of patients' health  Evaluate : Based on the above statistics, I find that for the footwear market, the average income per capita is stable, increasing by 3.3% of GDP per capita and 4.4% of revenue. every year. At the moment, the outlook of the declining footwear market will lead to a huge potential for growth, which shows a strong incentive for manufacturers and retailers to diversify their products. (according to analysis by statista.com). For innovative products, Smart Shoes not only bring a new design but also a step of technology. The combination of two factors in a new product is: Demand for footwear, demand for health care applications by phone. I believe this project will definitely be implemented. Benefits that Smart Shoes bring are: Abundant profits; Pioneer in revolution in the field of Shoes

  • Technology; Bring prominence to the brand and be a useful tool for consumers.

V. Evaluate project management process and method applied

Based on statistics from community feedback via Google Form, I have the following research findings:

V.1. Qualitative research

 Having a pair of smart shoes on the market is largely agreed upon by the community.  The problem that shoppers encounter when buying shoes is mainly two characteristics: Price and Quality, which businesses and production will consider and discuss to supply to consumers.  Most communities want to own a smart shoe because its functions are very useful and contribute to increasing and controlling health for users.  With comments from the community, a lot of opinions are different, both negative and positive, but the majority of positive parts dominate the majority. The comments are all about improving the health and price of the product.

V.2. Quantitative research

 Smart Shoes products are interested by all ages (under 18, 18 - 30, over 30 years old)  Compared to all genders, Male often uses shoes more and likes Smart Shoes (53%).
