mathematical correctness. Be sure to reread last quarter’s handout Conventions for Writing Math-
ematical Proofs (linked on the class website) and follow what it says. Bring two copies to class for
peer evaluation.
For this assignment, imagine you are writing this as a stand-alone handout to give to the class,
as a supplement to Venema’s Chapter 6.4. Be sure to put the results in context, and remind the
reader of any important facts from Venema that they will need to keep in mind.
