Software and hardware Requirements

• The user are belong from pharmacy store, drug store or any pharmaceutical company.
• (^) They would be any like customer , manager, pharmacist or the cashier etc.
• (^) There must be at least 3 user that uses it simultaneously.
• Transaction must be produced in a single second

• (^) All the data must be back up in every 1 hour

• (^) There must be strong queries hol and data must be securable.
• Their performance must be efficient

Functional Requirements

Functional Requirements: Searching medicine : Our efficient and propriate software search the drugs that are present and entered in the store and found the place where it will be held. All the manufacturing date or expiry date also added and the supplier of the needed drug; Pharmacist Information: It can hold all the pharmacists information of that pharmacy whether the pharmacist belong to where he completed his pharmacy degree and from the college or university and how many hours per day he spend in the hospital.it can also hold the attendance of the pharmacist and other necessary information about it. Generate report and create result: It can also generated the report of the buying product whether it is drug or other product and also store the customer name and mobile number in case of any returns. Alerting Pharmacy Data: If any medicine is expired it can be informed. By making notification That why the following product will be updated as soon as possible. Support Multi-Language: The system must works all in the English lang. but it can be support many some other language like our Urdu as well as in arabic to support all other languages.

Non Functional Requirement

Easy to use: A similar can use it whether he can support this type like window to use their interface of data. Reusability: The pharmacy can system is available based on the user needs, can work properly, and do transactions efficiently including safe data management of the pharmacy. Performance and maintenance: The performance of this process is efficient at all of the worker present in the pharmacy. User-Interface: The user interface is totally friendly can be run on as low as system. That is easy to use for all the users of the drug store. Handled and holded: The main hold of this system is giving to the manager of the pharmacy to hold all the system of this pharmacy and can be take control and operate all the drug store of this particular. Color and Graphics: The colors and graphic and front end would be the same as detect your pharmacy store that describes your logo and your mission and it can be given by all of your choices. Hardware for run: It can be designed as a PC app.So it can be run on minimum Pentium 4 and maximum at as you can as possible hardware
