Social skills make it easier to be successful in the future. Social skills can also contribute positively to the test scores of students at schools. An investigation into the impact of soft skills as opposed to test scores has recently been published by Kirabo Jackson, an academic at Northwestern University. The present investigation exhibits that educational institutions focused on cultivating social-emotional attributes yield desirable outcomes (By National Soft Skills Association). Socializing people or students who have high social/soft skills may want to interact more and will therefore be absent less by being in more schools. Schools that prioritize holistic student development by placing emphasis on outcomes beyond test scores have been shown to yield superior outcomes for both short-term and long-term goals relative to schools that exclusively concentrate on improving test performance. Moreover, it can be predicted that students with social skills or socialization skills go to school more than other students. The results of the study revealed that educational institutions that prioritized social aptitude over academic exam performance exhibited a reduction in occurrences of absenteeism as well as disciplinary infractions (Chicago Public Schools, 2008). Social skills are one of the most effective ways to strengthen the relationship between people. People will always be in interaction because they do business together for life. The recent examination of employment statistics has revealed that occupational fields that have experienced the most significant expansion generally mandate elevated levels of social aptitude, analytical acumen, and technical expertise (Pew Research Center).
