Human rights are basic need for survival. Every human being acquire fundamental rights from birth and acquire some through their life. Different states are working to provide these rights to their citizens. But still these rights are not fully provided also citizens have lack of knowledge regarding rights that are provided to them. We conduct our survey to find whether people are aware of their rights, enjoying them, lacking rights or not.

Analysis

Fundamental Rights

The percentage proved to some extend that people received fundamental rights which means the situation is not so worst as shown by international media but yes. The people who negate that they did not get these rights is a thinking situation for the government that if government fails to provide the very basic rights then what about other rights.

Women rights

It is good sign for the progress of Pakistan that 7 out of 4 women admit that they get equal opportunity of work which means upper class or government accepting that the women is not less than a men not only in laws but also in practical life which is good thing. but the women who negate this 7 out of 3 before criticism we also gaze the resources of Pakistan which is not more to provide everyone job but whenever they give they should keep the equality in it. One of the important thing that working women alleged that they feel sale in FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS, 68. WOMEN RIGHTS,

  1. Greatest hurdle now a days in enjoying human rights according to citizens is inflation .government should take steps to control inflation
  2. Steps should be taken to improve health sector as layman is not getting proper and free health facilities.
  3. Government should also make committees to maintain check and balance
  4. Institutes should be formed and monitor to avoid corruption in education and health sector so citizen can enjoy available health facilities (Ehsas Health card)
  5. Steps should be taken to provide required dignity and self-esteem to transgender
  6. Transgender should provide with constitutional right to register themselves under third gender
  7. Civil rights, education, favourable opportunity should be provided by providing different short tanning courses
  8. Minorities are enjoying different rights but there should be taken necessary steps to aware people not to harm them just on blame of blasphemy (95c)
  9. Performance of required duties from both side government and citizens is necessary.

CONCLUSION

Human rights are important for survival of human being. At the end we conclude majority of sample of our survey satisfied and enjoying basic rights if they are not getting their rights they are not using the alternative remedies, they hesitate to go to courts to stand for the rights in case of violation which is the horrible thing. so this the duty of government that they start awareness campaign and make sure that the citizens must use the alternative remedies in case of negation of their Rights.
