Collect Data

Variety of sources:

• Numerical data (spreadsheets)
  • Images (medical scans)
    • Words (sentences)

DATA = FOOD

Data is simplified by decreasing resolution and assigning

values to each “kernel” (pixel group)

Validation

Once you have a trained model, you give it data it’s never seen before.

This is where you test how good the model is. How accurate

is it? How precise? Where does it struggle?
