Abstract of Project

In times of economic slow -down, cutting costs is the major strategy used by the companies.

There is a need to track the performance of each product in terms of demand to determine how much to order and when to order.

The parameters that are required to answer these questions are economic order quantity and the re-order point.

The annual cost of each product is obtained to determine the best deal for the invoices received for the product.

The Project Biometric Mobile Shop is for maintaining the IT Assets of mobile business centers.

Till now the assets of company maintained authentication & control crimes, this is very much time consuming and have lots of errors. To overcome this problem Biometric Mobile Shop software is required urgently.

Biometric Mobile Shop software will help the decision makers to initiate accurate person with their face pic & biometric verification.

Literature Review

Products are considered as the business resources for the organization. This includes managing the product with

appropriate way to review any time as per the requirement.

Therefore it is important to have a computer based Biometric Mobile Shop software which has the ability to

generate reports, maintain the balance of the stock, details about the purchase and sales in the organization.

Before developing this application we came up with 2 Inventory Management System existing in the market, which

helps to give the knowledge for the development of our project.

These application software are only used by the large organization but so we came up with the application which can

be used by the small mobile seller shop for the management of their stock.

After analyzing the other POS system we decided to include some of common and key features that should be

included in every POS system. So we decided to include those things that help the small organization in a way or

other.

Objective of the Project

Primary objective

To fulfill the requirement for achieving the Bachelor’s project award of IT Department (EU DG Khan)

To know the fundamentals of the .Net Technology and Visual Studio with the .Net Framework

Secondary objective

To develop an application that deals with the day to day requirement of any production organization

To develop the easy management of the inventory & POS

To Secure the system with image recognition and biometric verification.

To handle the inventory details like sales details, purchase details and balance stock details. To provide details

information about the stock balance.

To make the stock manageable and simplify the use of inventory in the organization

Scope of the Application

Biometric Mobile Shop software is targeted to the small or medium seller organization which doesn’t have many go

down or warehouses i.e. only to those organization that has single power of authority.

Some of the scope are:

Only one person is responsible in assigning the details or records

It is security driven.

Image Recognition 7 Biometric process can be changed as per the requirement

Conclusion

To conclude Biometric Mobile Shop software is a advance desktop based application basically suitable for mobile

seller organizations.

It has every basic items which are used for the seller organizations. Our group is successful in making the application

where we can update, insert and delete the modules as per the requirement.

This application also provides a simple report on daily basis to know the daily sales and purchase details.

This application matches for small organization where there small limited if warehouse.

Through it has some limitations, our team strongly believes that the implementation of this system will surely benefit

the organization.
