Ingredients Weight Measurement Volume Measurement Chicken Wings 1.5-2 Lbs 1.5- 2 Lbs AP Flour 3 Tbsp. 3 Tbsp. Baking Powder 1 Tbsp. 1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder 2 tsp. 2 tsp. Kosher Salt 1 tsp. 1 tsp. Black Pepper 1 tsp. 1 tsp. Buffalo Hot Sauce 8oz 8oz Butter 56g ¼ C. Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. In a small saucepot, combine hot sauce and butter and cook until butter is melted and sauce is warm. Set aside. Do This While the Wings are Cooking in the Oven!
  3. Pat dry all chicken wings.
  4. In a large bowl place patted dry chicken wings and sprinkle with flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper and toss together to evenly coat the wings.
  5. Place chicken wings in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake about 20 minutes then flip wings over and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes or until charred in spots appear and chicken is cooked through. Then place under broiler for about 5 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer wings to a large bowl and toss cooked wings with your buffalo sauce. Assemble wings onto a platter and let rest 5 minutes.
