1 Introduction Our shop is a bio store located in the heart of Budapest. Providing their customers only vegan, raw and bio-origin high quality food, cosmetics and raw materials. In the future, we believe we will be able to enlarge our space and connect the shop with a nice and cozy coffee. The goal of our project is to create a place, where our beloved customers beside shopping can find lifetime friendships and provide support for every stater eco-friendly, “greening” person. The idea of getting green and getting the whole family eco is a prominent step to a sustainable life and economy. Furthermore, we warmly welcome everyone with newly diagnosed food intolerance or other health issues. We really understand you and so other customers, who may have same problems. For this specific reason, we have decided to build a coffee and create a warm place, so the customers can meet other “fellow sufferers,” share experiences and tips. Community, friendship, cruelty and artificial free, raw, bio, local- this is, what we belie in. The vision of the company is providing healthy and tasty food affordably, cruelty free and vegan certified cosmetics as standard for everyone and by doing all this, still being respectful to our planet. Healthy, so the farmers and producers are using just natural origin materials. Tasty, so you will lick all your fingers after our food. Affordably, because healthy food should not be a question of money. Lastly, cruelty free, so that animals can safely and peacefully live their lives. Raw materials and food products are from local, eco certificated bio farms. We also believe in cooperation and mutual help, that is why we fight against big supermarket chains, who treat local suppliers very poorly. As our company is committed to eco- friendly and sustainable business processes, we are using just local supplier service. We are clearly against export and other big distance logistic in our company. This is how we fight climate change and air pollution. Also, this is the reason why you are not able to find some of our products during the entire year. Some of the products are quantity and season limited, so we are not substituting them with exports and nonsensical artificial materials. Part of our vision is to get tasty and affordable food for everyone, so our profit margin is quite low on products for gluten, lactose and histamine intolerance people. Every competitor and retailer should consider profiting on others health.
2 Business analysis 2.1 SWOT analysis In the last 10 years the organic market and the consumption of natural products is growing steadily all around the world. As the demand for organic and bio products increases, producers are also increasingly offering, producing and selling natural products. And the growing healthy lifestyle community and the environment concerned people are a perfect customer support base for GreenQueen. We believe that our local bio shop would be competitive and offer our customers product selection that will assure repeat business. Our biggest strength is the endless quality control of our suppliers and their products. High quality standards should be met and our customers. Should be served in this way. We are monitoring our suppliers and also our internal processes, so we can clearly declare the high-quality standards of products. Among our strengths we can include the market character and the social trend, too. The market tends to get bigger in the next few years according to specialists and the demand is getting higher as the bio product awareness is spreading. Bio products are getting a social trend, too as a lot of famous and recognized people are trying to call the masses attention to cruelty free, vegan and other bio-based production. According to our SWOT analysis we consider our market as a fast developing and a huge opportunity to “settle” down and get a quite big part of it. We believe in what we are representing, doing and offering, that’s why customers are on the first place. Customer satisfaction is one of our basic pillars of our business, so we listed customer royalty as our opportunity to secure a big part of the market, but in the same time customers and their loyalty is our strength, too. Our job is to make the customers life easier and livable; we focus on their satisfaction.
