Name Display - ¥ ¥ The name of every person employed in the practice of dentistry must be posted ina conspicuous place in the facility License Expiration - VV Licenses expire every 2 years- If your birth year is an even number your license ALWAYS expires in an even year- in your birthday month. If birth year is odd number year/license will expire in odd year.
