Dari : To : 24 JANUARY^2020 Hingga : C(v) Executive Summary of Project Proposal (maximum 300 words) (Please include the background of project, problem statements, objectives, scope and project significance from the project) Ringkasan Cadangan Eksekutif Projek (maksima 300 patah perkataan) (Meliputi latar belakang projek, penyataan masalah, objektif dan kepentingan projek) “Che’s Prepaid Parking lot Online System” is a system that will ease the user to check in or check out from the parking lot. Usually the user will be provide by ticket before entering the parking lot which is give responsiblility to the user to keep the card, user also need to pay the parking lot at the machine that usually provide inside a mall or building of the parking lot. But in the peak hour such as weekend, the are many user that want to pay the parking at the machine and it will cost a lot of time because of the long queue. So, this system is developed to assist them with their problems. By using this system user do not need to queue to pay the parking ,they just need to top up the digital parking card and when they want to chek out from the parking lot the user just enter their digital parking card and the credit will automatically will be deduct based on the price.This system also provide a cardless which is use digital card so it will avoid the problem of the user lost their parking card. C(vi) Detailed proposal of project: Cadangan maklumat projek secara terperinci: (a) Project background including Introduction and Problem Statements Keterangan latar belakang projek termasuk pengenalan dan penyataan masalah.
- Introduction “Che’s Prepaid Parking lot Online System” been develop to focus on check in parking in a building or mall by register through online. This system is to help and improve the parking system that will give benefit to the user. The function of this system is to make the check in and check out into the parking lot more easier by provide the user with digital card which is required the user to register in other to get the digital card. Plus this will make the user more easier to check out by provide the top up system.This will save the user time to check out with need to pay at the machine that usually use to pay the parking.Futhermore, staff can authorize to access the system of Che’s Prepaid Parking lot Online System to change the value of the digital parking card when the user want to top up the value.So whenever the user want to check out from the parking lot they just need to enter their digital card number. So this will be a lot easier and save time rather than using card.
(e) Problem Decomposition Description Diskripsi Pecahan Masalah Problem Description Nowadays, the commonly parking lot used card system that will provide the user who is enter the parking lot with card, this will cause major problem for the user if the user suddenly lost the card or the card broke.Beside if the user want to exit the parking lot they need to pay at the machine and required the card,hence this will use a lot of time especially at peak hour or weekend when there are many people at the mall and of course there will be a queue to pay the parking ticket. - To generate a system that can help user enter and out from the parking lot
- The user no need to worries about card problem such as missing or broken.
- Save time for the user to pay the parking.
