What is CC ANYWHERE?

Innovation in call centers Allows work force to access call center remotely  Manages distributed work force through VoIP  Minimizes the need to gather in building for conference

Product Functionalities

 Video conferencing feature in asterisk.  Administrators and call agents can participate in video conference from anywhere.  Call agent would be able to remotely login into the system.  Call agent would be able to run campaigns and receive calls along with scripts on remote system using the soft phone.  Customer data can be retrieved and modified remotely.  Timely updates and alerts could be provided to the call agent during inbound or outbound calls.  Administrators and supervisors will be able to view call data history and statistics.  Administrators can listen ongoing call of any call agent.

Video conferencing application

 New feature in Asterisk(PBX)  The application initiating and managing video conference.  Within the call center & for remote agents.

 GNU Compiler Collection (GCC), v3.0 or higher  Make and bison – comes with most systems  Curses graphics library – ncurses-devel package  Secure Socket library – openssl-devel  Zlib Compression library – zlib-devel  Newt Windowing Toolkit – libnewt-devel for use with zttool and ztcfg  C library headers – glibc-devel package
