Innovation in call centers Allows work force to access call center remotely Manages distributed work force through VoIP Minimizes the need to gather in building for conference
Video conferencing feature in asterisk. Administrators and call agents can participate in video conference from anywhere. Call agent would be able to remotely login into the system. Call agent would be able to run campaigns and receive calls along with scripts on remote system using the soft phone. Customer data can be retrieved and modified remotely. Timely updates and alerts could be provided to the call agent during inbound or outbound calls. Administrators and supervisors will be able to view call data history and statistics. Administrators can listen ongoing call of any call agent.
New feature in Asterisk(PBX) The application initiating and managing video conference. Within the call center & for remote agents.
Dual interface Interface with Asterisk Interface with internet Functions Manage agents on soft phones Use IAX2 protocol to exchange data and voice and video with Asterisk Convert the data to be routed on internet
