INSTRUCTION FOR FILLING UP THE APPLICATION FORM

FOR REGISTRATION OF A PUBLIC TRUST

Details required for Trust Registration (Section – 18, 19)

(1) Copy of Trust deed, Constitution & Memorandum Articles of Association.

(2) List of showing objects, mode of succession (In Gujarati also).

(3) Agenda & resolution.

(4) List of members.

(5) Affidavit & consent letters of proposed trustees.

(6) Affidavit of applicant supporting the documents.

(7) Certified copies of documents showing ownership of immovable properties like, “Gaam Namuna Patrak - 6”, 7/12, 8(A) or city survey property card, allotment letter, possession letter, sell deed, gift deed etc.

(8) Address proof & photo ID proof of all trustees.

(9) Valuation report by approved valuer regarding immovable properties.

(10) Documents of burden on immovable properties.

Movable Properties. (1) If bought – Bill, resolution, agenda. If gifted – Receipt of gift. (2) Copy of movable property register & dead stock register etc.
